Here's the deal. If you send us a guest who books one of our villas, we pay you 5% of the booking value. A friend planning a holiday, or someone asking in a group chat where to stay on Phangan. If they book with us, you earn.

One thing matters: reach out to us first, before your friend books, so we know the referral came from you. No codes and no forms, just a message.

The fine print, kept short. The 5% is paid once per booking, after the stay finishes, by Wise or Thai bank transfer. For stays of several months it applies to the first month. And it has to be a real referral: someone in your own group renting the house doesn't count.
