Our Story

From IT Engineer to Island Property Manager

My name is Daniel. I started my career as an IT engineer in Argentina, building systems, solving complex problems, and managing infrastructure at scale. That analytical mindset never left me.

A few years later I moved into property: running a construction company, directing investments, and learning first-hand how real estate works from the ground up. Eventually the island of Koh Phangan drew me in, and I've been here ever since.

What I found when I arrived was a market full of wonderful properties being managed inconsistently, or not at all. Owners living abroad with no real visibility. Guests receiving a different experience every time. I knew there was a better way, and DM Property Management is my answer to that gap.
